WELDING MACHINES FAQ
What is the difference between the WD1500 & the WD3000
The wd1500 is more compact, it can be lifted by hand & be put
in the trunk of your car but the WD3000 is a lot more powerful
while welding & also supply 30 amp. instead of 15 amp. for the
110 VDC system.
What do the Plans look like & what do they include?
The plans are computer drawn in 3D, and include specification, bill
of material, calculations, electrical schematic system, electrical
wiring system, assembly instruction & how it works.
Where can we buy the parts?
These parts should not be very hard to find, basically you need
an engine 6 HP or more, one 12 volts lawn mower battery, engine pulley,
belts, alternator, voltage regulator, electrical parts, etc...
What are the advantages of building a welder yourself?
Because they are not only welders, they also supply 110 volts electrical
current and work with most electrical tools like electric chain
saw, skill saw, drill, grinder, they all work with DC & AC current.
